My Approach

I use simple manageable steps to get to the root cause and help you feel better.

  • Questionnaire

    Intake questionnaire and to complete a 7 day food diary. This will provide me with a better understanding of what might be happening in your body.

  • Consultation

    This consists of a 1 hour online zoom call where I talk you through your plan based on information you’ve provided. Allows us to talk about the specific areas around your health to ensure your plan feels achievable.

  • Plan

    The plan outlines a clear strategy that will lead you to your health outcomes. The plan will be broken down into; nutrition, lifestyle, necessary testing and supplements.

  • Review

    Each week we review symptom progress, nutrition and discuss strategies for you to stay on track long term.
